# AI and Data Processing Notice

Local grammar corrections and local design presets operate on the device. Connected Vantage AI uses Cloudflare Workers AI through the That1Dev-managed Vantage Worker. Customers do not enter an AI token, endpoint, provider account, or model setting.

Every connected function is limited to a named project task and to the Page, Grid, Base, Stage, or Proof areas explicitly approved for that request. The desktop and Worker reject unsupported functions, unrelated requests, attempts to override the function rules, and access to unapproved areas. Mail, Calendar, saved credentials, license keys, encryption keys, unrelated projects, and arbitrary local files are excluded by design.

Cloudflare processes connected requests under its own terms and technical logging practices. Online AI availability and free allocations can change or be exhausted. Vantage has no paid-provider fallback; local editing, local grammar/design, and exports continue when connected AI is unavailable. AI output can be incomplete or incorrect and should be reviewed before use.
