# Vantage Marketplace Developer Terms

A Marketplace publisher must submit accurate identity, package metadata, permissions, version information, licensing terms, support details, hashes, and required attribution. The publisher represents that it has all rights needed to distribute the package and that the package does not contain malware, hidden behavior, deceptive claims, unlawful content, credential collection, arbitrary native code, shell commands, or archive traversal.

Submission does not guarantee listing, promotion, review, or continued availability. That1Dev may scan, test, reject, suspend, or remove packages and may preserve security/audit records. Publishers must provide timely security fixes, respect user privacy, and disclose network services and data processing.

Paid listings or review fees, if introduced, will be described separately and will not guarantee approval. Publisher liability and indemnity terms should be reviewed by counsel before public third-party submissions are enabled.
