# Vantage Office Refund Policy

Purchases are processed through the checkout provider shown at purchase, currently intended to be LemonSqueezy. Refund eligibility is governed by the checkout terms, applicable consumer law, and any product-specific promise displayed before payment.

The three-day trial is provided so users can evaluate the application before purchase. A change of mind after the trial does not automatically create a refund right unless required by law or promised at checkout. Duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, failure to receive a valid license, or a reproducible material defect that support cannot reasonably resolve will be reviewed promptly.

Request a refund through the receipt/checkout support channel or email **cbusinessact@proton.me** with the order identifier. Do not send full payment-card details or passwords. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method and may take time to appear.
