# Vantage Office Terms of Service

These Terms cover Vantage websites, downloads, activation, update services, optional connected AI, Marketplace services, and support. The EULA governs the installed application.

Use the services lawfully, provide accurate purchase information, protect credentials, and do not attack, overload, scrape, bypass limits, or interfere with other users. We may restrict a connected service to address abuse, security incidents, fraud, legal requirements, or material breach.

Prices, taxes, renewals, device limits, and cancellation details are shown at checkout. LemonSqueezy is the merchant/payment platform where identified. A three-day desktop trial begins on first real launch. Connected services can have capacity, region, file-size, compatibility, and rate limits. Local and export functions should remain available as described in the installed version, but no connected service is guaranteed to operate without interruption.

Third-party providers—including Microsoft, Google, Yahoo, cloud-sync providers, Cloudflare, Wikimedia, GIPHY, and LemonSqueezy—control their own services, quotas, and terms. That1Dev does not guarantee their availability or content.

The disclaimers and liability limits in the EULA apply. Consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived remain unaffected.
